The most basic information on all web site visitors is available to PILGRIM and may be used to analyze the use of our site, in order to make it more useful and easier to navigate. This information includes the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example aol.com if you are connecting from an America OnLine account or depaul.edu if you are connecting from a DePaul University account), but does not include any specific information about you or your individual account. These web site analysis programs may also indicate the date and time you access our site.

If you send PILGRIM E-mail containing questions, feedback, comments, etc., we will notify you only if you ask us to, or if we have additional information which we feel may be useful to you. We will not provide your E-mail address to any other businesses or marketing entities.

If you register for any of our notification services such as our Home Club, you will have to provide your e-mail address so that we can notify you! If you are a PILGRIM client with access to our specially targeted information such as Home Club Deluxe members are, your additional contact with PILGRIM will be as a result of the existing relationship, not as a result of your participation in these special service-oriented programs.

PILGRIM does not use collected E-mail addresses to mass mail or "spam" our web site visitors, nor will we sell your personal information to anyone else for marketing or sales purposes. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that your private information remains private.
